Five Below and Esther Price Join Harrison Town Center

Two additional lease signings expand the tenant lineup at Harrison’s approximately $60 million commercial development.

Five Below and Esther Price are the newest businesses to commit to Harrison Town Center, adding to the growing tenant lineup at the development underway at 10400 Harrison Ave.

The two retailers join Target, Aldi, Tropical Smoothie, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Fifth Third Bank. Together, the businesses represent a mix of national and regional brands across retail, food and financial services.

The announcement marks the latest milestone for one of the largest commercial developments in Harrison’s recent history. Once complete, Harrison Town Center is expected to represent approximately $60 million in private investment and create an estimated 575 jobs.

Nearly all available retail space has now been committed. All but approximately 4,800 square feet is either leased or in active negotiations, indicating sustained demand for space within the development.

“Every new announcement is another sign of the confidence businesses have in Harrison and where our community is headed,” Mayor Ryan Grubbs said. “We’re excited to welcome Five Below and Esther Price to Harrison Town Center and continue building a destination that serves our residents while creating new opportunities for our city.”

Development Progress Continues

Sitework is approximately 90 percent complete. The first businesses are anticipated to open as early as August 2027, with Target currently planning an October 2027 opening. The development is expected to be fully built out by the second quarter of 2028.

The project is being developed by Midland Atlantic Properties along Harrison Avenue near I-74. Its location places businesses within Harrison’s expanding residential and commercial corridor, with access to the greater Cincinnati market.

The addition of Five Below and Esther Price further demonstrates the market demand supporting new commercial investment in Harrison. It also expands the range of businesses expected to serve residents, visitors and the surrounding trade area.

Following the Development as It Grows

Grow With Harrison first reported on the development’s investment, job creation and initial tenant commitments last month. This update begins the next chapter of that story as new leases are signed and construction advances.

Commercial developments of this scale take shape through a series of mi

lestones. Lease agreements, permits, construction schedules and opening dates often become public at different stages.

Grow With Harrison will continue documenting that progress, giving businesses, investors and development partners a clear view of how Harrison Town Center is moving from plan to opening.
