Harrison Town Center Signals Continued Commercial Growth in Harrison

One of Harrison's largest commercial developments is moving steadily toward construction, bringing approximately $60 million in private investment and an estimated 575 new jobs to the community.

Located at 10400 Harrison Ave., Harrison Town Center is expected to become a new regional destination for shopping, dining and financial services. The development reflects continued investment in Harrison's expanding retail corridor and growing consumer market.

Current signed tenants include Aldi, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Fifth Third Bank. Additional retail, restaurant and service businesses are in the final stages of lease negotiations, with announcements expected over the next two to three months as agreements are finalized.

The city's strategic location along the I-74 corridor, combined with an influx of new housing developments, creates a robust and expanding trade area. According to the developer, site work is approximately 90 percent complete. The project is expected to be fully built out by the second quarter of 2028, with the first businesses anticipated to begin opening in August 2027. Target is currently planning an October 2027 opening.

Today, all but approximately 4,800 square feet of the development is either leased or in active lease negotiations.

A Growing Market

Harrison continues to attract significant private investment as residential growth expands throughout the community. New housing, a strategic location along the I-74 corridor and access to the greater Cincinnati market continue to make Harrison an attractive destination for commercial investment.

Harrison Town Center represents another milestone in that growth, bringing new jobs, expanding retail options and strengthening the City's commercial tax base.
